Drafting Techniques
The PCO's Drafting Techniques Group has produced a paper containing a
summary of the recommendations made by the Group up to the end of July
2007. The paper also contains material that reflects agreed approaches as
to other matters.

The recommendations are intended to apply to the drafting of primary
legislation after the end of July 2007.
